Exceptional World War II German paratrooper’s second-style helmet complete with leather straps. A mid-war model, no applied insignia.  Well-marked on the leather interior. Missing one neck strap early-style spanner bolt on reverse side. Both side straps attached to the remaining spanner bolt indicating likely lost by the paratrooper during the war. The leather lining of the helmet interior bears the name of the original user however somewhat difficult to read.   Careful examination and further research could lead to learning the paratrooper’s military history. An exceptional and hard-to-find German helmet. Exceptional condition. (Contact us for pricing)
