Shipping & Handling Policy
Within the United States:
Beltrone & Company insures all merchandise shipped. Beltrone & Company ships most packages via USPS. Shipping fees are calculated on total order value. Some orders are shipped in multiple parcels. We will not add additional fees to your order if we ship in multiple parcels.
Current shipping and handling (insurance) charges within the United States:
Orders Under $500: $10 S&H Charge
Orders Over $500: $15 S&H Charge
Shipping to Locations Outside of the United States:
Beltrone & Company can ship merchandise outside of the United States; however this requires individuals to use the contact form to request shipping costs after providing location iinformation and the items of interest. Beltrone & Company will determine the shipping and handling charges and provide this information.
Return Policy
1. If you receive a wrong item, or if you are unsatisfied with the item ordered, please contact Beltrone & Company within 5 days from the date you receive the item.
2. Returns must be received by Beltrone & Company within 5 calendar days from the date when customer contacts Beltrone
and Company. Items received later than this date cannot be accepted for return. Returned items must be shipped to the following address:

3. PRODUCT CONDITION. Items must be returned in the SAME condition as shipped from Beltrone & Company. Items returned in damaged or unacceptable condition will be returned to the customer without exchange. Condition will be assessed at the discretion of Beltrone & Company. PACKING AND SHIPPING. Items must be returned in sturdy shipping packaging. Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping.
4. Shipping insurance covering the full purchase price of the item is required for any item returned to Beltrone & Company.
